• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition
• Not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, or mental health care

By booking or purchasing an EKA Balance service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. The Privacy Policy is a notice, and any consent that is required is requested separately.

In particular, you acknowledge that:

• Personal data is processed under the applicable legal basis and Privacy Policy; merely browsing the site does not consent to every form of processing

By using our services, you confirm that:

EKA Balance and its therapists are not liable for any health outcome, direct or indirect, resulting from:

• Decisions made without consulting a licensed physician
• Stopping or modifying prescribed medical treatment
• Any undisclosed pre-existing medical condition before sessions
• Individual variation in response to complementary therapy
